Business Analyst - Swedish Speaking - Banking Domain - Factoring & Leasing - Sweden

Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid/Remote)

Empiric has received an exciting opportunity for a Swedish speaking Business Analyst with strong experience in the Banking domain, specifically in factoring and leasing business.

You are expected to drive requirements work across business units, domains, and vendors. Also work with stakeholders across business units and vendors to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with management, development, configuration and test.

Furthermore, author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.

Bank transformation experience is essential.

Skills/experience:

• Business Analyst in larger transformations
• Core Banking Transformations
• Banking, Factoring and Leasing business
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Jira
• Fluent in Swedish/English (or business standard)

Term: 6 to 12 months plus possible extensions

Rate: Excellent day rate + Starter Bonus + Free Lunch Club experience
