Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP PM/CS Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and SAP CS (Customer Service) modules. This role requires deep knowledge of SAP PM/CS processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to optimize plant maintenance and customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Configuration:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP PM/CS modules according to business requirements.
  • Design and configure plant maintenance and customer service processes in SAP.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and business processes.

• System Support and Maintenance:

  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for SAP PM/CS modules.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and enhancements.
  • Ensure data integrity and system stability.

• Business Process Analysis:

  • Collaborate with business users to understand and analyze their requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Identify opportunities for business process improvements and recommend solutions.

• Training and Documentation:

  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.

• Project Management:

  • Manage and execute SAP PM/CS projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

• Testing and Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and reliability of the SAP PM/CS modules.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
