A client of mine is looking for a Project Management Officer to join their team, and support on ServiceNow projects.

The role is a 6 month renewable contract, with the day rate open depending on experience.

The position is 3 days in Luxembourg City, and 2 days remote.

You will need to be fluent in both English & French.

Job description:

• Assist project managers in Agile planning, sprint monitoring, periodic project reviews and retrospectives; Update project data in the Project On-line tool.
• Alert project managers to project risks: budget or schedule overruns, resource availability problems, etc.
• Coordinate, harmonize project reporting and ensure fluid communication between all stakeholders.
• Prepare project presentation materials for periodic committees
• Organize the review of User Stories with the project managers and the various stakeholders (developers, testers, etc.) during blocking points.
• Monitor and update all projects on a daily basis via MS Project

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the banking sector.
• Strong understanding and management of Agile project.
• Agile certifications (eg Scrum Master) are a plus.
• Proven experience in using the MS-Project/Project On-line tool
• Knowledge of the Azure DevOps tool.
• Proven leadership, change management and conflict resolution skills.
