This position will require candidates to hold full DV clearance prior to application. You will join a fast-paced support team based in central London. Working in a MS Windows/Mac environment at 2nd/3rd line level providing support deskside and over the phone. This will require the ability to undertake basic bug fixes and occasional network/server patching. Strong understanding of video conferencing.
