Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation within IT Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Your primary focus will be on Configuration Lifecycle Management (CLM), ensuring seamless alignment between business needs, technical solutions, and enterprise-wide processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Elicitation and Analysis:

    • Understand and translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements.
    • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure alignment.
    • Bridge communication gaps and facilitate effective collaboration.
  2. Process Improvement:

    • Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
    • Propose improvements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
    • Focus on configuration management, precisely defining systems, facilities, products, and processes.
  3. Risk Mitigation:

    • Develop risk mitigation plans for new features or system implementations.
    • Perform risk analysis to make informed decisions.
    • Minimize potential negative impacts by proactively addressing risks.
  4. Effective Communication:

    • Facilitate communication across teams to ensure everyone is aligned.
    • Promote collaboration and understanding among stakeholders.
    • Use various communication techniques and tools to convey information clearly to stakeholders with differing needs.
    • Facilitate meetings and workshops, managing discussions and conflicts to achieve project objectives.
    • Tailor communication strategies to different audiences, employing visual aids, simplified language, or detailed explanations as needed.
  5. Solution Design:

    • Contribute to solution design by creating functional specifications and mockups.
    • Ensure developed solutions meet business needs and align with user expectations.
  6. User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

    • Define UAT scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
    • Validate that the solution meets business requirements before deployment.
  7. Project Experience:

    • Participate in projects focused on process optimization, data migration, and system upgrades.
    • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles and industry-specific regulations.
  8. Methodologies and Tools Proficiency:

    • Knowledge of the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology.
    • Familiarity with Jira for efficient project management.
    • Effective utilization of SAP tools.
